I believe in fantastic customer service and providing customers with the best holiday experience. I have worked in travel for 14 years and now work alongside the sales staff to provide customers with an enjoyable booking experience and most importantly to ensure their holiday runs smoothly.

I have enjoyed the adult orientated holidays prior to having my children and we now get to experience the family orientated holidays, with 2 small children sometimes there can be a lot of questions when taking them abroad especially for the first time and I am more than happy to answer any questions however minor they may seem.

Some of my holiday highlights include:

• Swimming with Turtles in Mexico
• Watching dolphins swim past our Water Villa in the Maldives
• The Gullfoss Waterfalls and Geysirs in Iceland

2. Why did you start working in travel / what brought you to the industry? I loved going in to book a holiday with my parents and happened to mention I’d love this job and the consultant we were sat with advised there was a position available, I applied got the job and that was it I was hooked on travel.

3. What’s your favourite aspect of your job? Seeing lots of different holidays put together and seeing the process through from start to finish.

4. What quality (or qualities) are most valuable in a travel agent? To listen to an individual’s requirement and provide them with excellent service.

5. Best piece of advice / top travel tip? Don’t be late to the airport!
